Pittsburgh Weather: Wind Chill Advisory In Effect Until Monday Afternoon

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Some of the coldest air of the season has arrived with temperatures dropping into the single digits Sunday night and wind chills hovering between -10 to -20 degrees overnight.
A wind chill advisory is in effect from 7 p.m. Sunday through 1 p.m. Monday.
A Wind Chill Advisory means that frostbite and hypothermia are possible if proper precautions are not taken. Officials at NWS recommend wearing a hat and gloves when going outside.

The Arctic air blast stays in place until Tuesday morning, but we have just a few Lake Effect snow showers in spots Sunday night and Monday morning and otherwise dry conditions for the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday. Stay warm! – Kristin Emery
