65-year-old woman taken to hospital after Wilkinsburg shooting
WILKINSBURG, Pa. (KDKA) -- A 65-year-old woman was taken to a hospital after a shooting in Wilkinsburg.
Dispatchers confirmed a shooting at Pennwood Avenue and Rowland Connector, saying the call came in shortly before 4 p.m.
First responders found the woman, who had been shot in the lower back while seated in her vehicle.
She was not the intended target of the shooting. She was transported to an area hospital in critical condition.
Two males wearing black clothing were seen fleeing the area on foot, per police.
