GROVE CITY, Pa. (KDKA) -- It's a college football Saturday in western Pennsylvania!
Geneva College and Grove City College are squaring off this afternoon with kickoff set for 1 p.m. at Robert Thorn Field on Grove City's campus.
Today's game pits #11 ranked Grove City, the top team from last year in the PAC with Geneva, who finished with a 4-6 record.
Grove City was selected to finish first in the PAC Preseason Poll after going undefeated in the regular season last year with a 10-0 record.
The Wolverines went 11-1 overall, losing 25-24 to Cortland in the second round of the NCAA playoffs.
Geneva has a number of new starters this year on offense of the ball, but head coach Gene DeMarco said he's optimistic about the upcoming season.
