Uber Plans On Adding 1,000 Jobs in Pittsburgh
PITTSBURGH (KDKA)- To celebrate its one year anniversary in Pittsburgh, Uber is adding jobs.
The ride-share business announced Monday night that it will be looking to add 1,000 jobs in the Pittsburgh area.
It is partnering with local organizations like the Heinz Endwoment to spread the word about the job openings.
Drivers have to pass a background check and have proper insurance.
Drivers can earn up to $20-$30 an hour and work flexible shifts.
