PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Just days after one former teammate spoke out against Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, another has followed suit.

After former Steelers running back Josh Harris claimed Big Ben purposely fumbled a hand off in the final game of the 2014 regular season against the Cincinnati Bengals, Isaac Redman has come out with his own criticism.

Redman and Harris agreed to talk to Robert Klemko of Sports Illustrated about how sharing a locker room with Roethlisberger really is.

Harris told SI that Roethlisberger was not interested in getting to know his teammates and that, unlike the other veterans in the room, would not have conversations with most players. Harris said Roethlisberger was really only close with his offensive line. The former back says that is why players like Antonio Brown wanted to leave the team.

Redman was teammates with Roethlisberger from 2009 to 2013 and claims there is a disconnect between Roethlisberger a number of fellow players. Redman says that Roethlisberger was not a problem during team activities, but was not as personable as other teammates and was careful about who he surrounded himself with.

Redman responded to the article defending his stance that he had no problem with Big Ben.

"I can't believe an article would come out saying i had anything negative to say about Ben Bc i do not. He was always a great teammate and leader my time in Pittsburgh!!"

"I was called for an interview and was asked why do I think some players are saying negative things about Ben. My response was I've never had an issue with him some guys are closer than others. I think Ben is just careful with who he surrounds himself with."

Robert Klemko responded to Redman's tweets criticizing the SI article.

"So, Isaac, is this a fake quote? I can send you the audio of you saying this if you want."

"Yes i said criticizing teammates could rub guys the wrong way and it also opens himself up for criticism but i never told you Ben was the problem in the locker room!"
