Steelers' Week 3 Injury Report With Frank Vesla
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) - In his weekly "VESLA 360 Injury Report" exclusively here on 937thefan.com, former Pittsburgh Pirates trainer Frank Vesla takes a look at the Steelers Week 3 Injury Report.
In this week's injury report, Vesla takes a look at right guard Ramon Foster's questionable designation with an ankle sprain.
Having sprained the ankle on Thursday night, Vesla says he "would think that they would probably use him as a last resort if it was a one-plus or a second-degree ankle sprain."
Vesla also looks into the ankle injury for running back Dri Archer and Carolina Panthers wide receiver Jerricho Cothcery.
One player returning from injury is wide receiver Lance Moore, and Vesla takes a look at his return from a groin injury and what measures the team will be taking to make sure he doesn't re-aggravate that injury.
"I'm sure they're going to have a supportive wrap to support his groin while he's out there, warm him up, do all of his treatment before hand, wrap him up good and get him out there," he said.
