State Police Investigating Fayette Co. Armed Robbery

HOPWOOD (KDKA) – State Police are investigating an armed robbery at a convenience store in Fayette County Friday night.

According to police, the incident happened at the Circle K in Hopwood around 9 p.m.

Two African-American men entered the store and threatened employees and customers with a handgun.

They fled the scene with an undetermined amount of cash and cigarettes.

Both of the men had their faces covered and were wearing gloves.

Anyone with information is asked to call Pennsylvania State Police in Uniontown at (724)-439-7111.
