South Side Cosmetic Store Robbed At Gunpoint
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – Police are investigating a robbery on the South Side that happened Friday night.
The Hair Day Cosmetic and Beauty Supply store on Wharton Street was robbed around 7:15 p.m.
Police say a man entered the store with a gun and told everyone to get down. He then took money from the register and took off toward Riverfront Park.
It's unclear how much cash he got away with.
The suspect is described as a black male wearing black shorts and a black shirt, white tennis shoes and gloves.
Anyone with information is asked to call police.
