Sources: Munhall Borough Manager Under Investigation, Suspended From His Job
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Munhall Borough Manager Robert Callen has been suspended from his job as executive director of the Lawrence County Regional Council of Governments.
Sources tell KDKA-TV News that Callen is under investigation in Lawrence County for misappropriation of funds from the Council of Governments agency.

Ironically, Callen was hired in Munhall two years ago to succeed another borough manager, Matthew Galla.
Galla is now in prison after pleading guilty to overpaying himself nearly $500,000 in Munhall over a four-year period.
