Severe Thunderstorm Warning Issued For Western Pa.

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – The threat of severe weather has been around for days and more could be on the way.

According to the National Weather Service, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning is in effect until 6 p.m. for Allegeheny, Butler, and Washington Counties.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch is in effect until 8 p.m.

The following counties are included in the watch:

Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Fayette, Forest, Greene, Indiana, Jefferson, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango, Washington and Westmoreland.
