Missing Teen Suffering From Brain Injury Located
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Police in Scott Township say a missing teenager who suffers from a traumatic brain injury has been located.
Police said Tuesday afternoon that 18-year-old Sabrina Bowser left home just before 8 a.m. on Monday and had not been seen or heard from since.
Officials say she suffers from a learning disability due to a traumatic brain injury she sustained as a child.
Just after 4 p.m., police said Bowser had been located walking in North Fayette Township. She is fine and is being returned to her family.
