Crews Battle Fire At Former Westmoreland Co. Car Dealership

NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa. (KDKA) - An old car dealership in Westmoreland County was engulfed in flames, shutting down the area of Route 30 and Center Highway.
911 dispatchers confirmed a commercial structure fire at the old Hamilton Buick Facility Friday night.
People in the area were advised to avoid Route 30 and Center Highway while crews worked to control the flames.
Route 30 has since reopened, but police say Center Highway will be closed for an unknown amount of time.
Phone lines are down for North Huntingdon Police. They ask anyone who needs to reach the police to call 911 for help. Dispatchers will notify the proper authorities for that township.
