Route 28 Southbound Survey Work To Begin Monday

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Route 28 southbound between the Highland Park Bridge and Millvale (Exit 3) interchange will be down to one lane starting Monday, July 8 until Tuesday, July 9.

The survey work is expected to take place between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., weather permitting.
