There are resources available to people who feel overwhelmed by the stress of parenting.
Jeremiah's Place is an emergency nursery where parents in crisis can drop off children ages 6 and under.
It's free of charge.
Also, Pennsylvania's "Safe Haven Law" allows parents to drop off newborns up to 28 days old at any hospital or police station in the state - no questions asked.
