Report: Two Players To Leave Pitt Hoops Program
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) - After a disappointing season for the Pitt men's basketball team, two juniors are expected to leave the program.
According to Shawn Krest of CBSSports.com, centers Joseph Uchebo and Tyrone Haughton will not be returning in 2016.
In the two years he played, Uchebo appeared in 29 games average 1.2 points per game and 1.6 rebounds playing mostly in a reserve role.
Haughton had yet to appear in a game for the Panthers.
This will clear up two scholarships for the Panthers next year.
Pitt already has two highly-touted recruits ready to come in next year and make use of those available scholarships.
