Report: Steelers Host Three NFL Draft Prospects

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) - It's that time of year where NFL teams bring in college players they're interested in drafting for pre-draft meetings.

According to Kirk Larrabee of 247Sports.com, the Steelers brought in three players on Thursday for visits.

Washington cornerback Marcus Peters, Stanford cornerback Alex Carter and Virginia outside linebacker Max Valles all met with team officials.

It should come as no surprise that the Steelers are meeting with two cornerbacks and a pass rusher since those are believed to be their two biggest positions of need.

Peters is considered one of this drafts top cornerback prospects although he does come with some baggage as he was kicked off the Washington team last year.
