PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - The Pittsburgh Steelers made a splash on NFL Trade Deadline Day by reportedly trading Chase Claypool to the Chicago Bears, and are reportedly finalizing a deal for Washington Commanders' CB William Jackson III. 

In return for the deal of Jackson III and a conditional 2025 seventh-round pick, the Steelers will send Washington a conditional 2025 sixth-round pick. 

Jackson III was taken in the first round of the 2016 NFL Draft 24th overall. He's played for the Cincinnati Bengals and most-recently, the Washington Commanders. In his six-year NFL career, he's recorded 168 tackles, six tackles for loss and five interceptions.
