Report: Matt Cullen To Put Off Retirement

PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) - Matt Cullen achieved his goal of winning a Cup with the Pens this past season, but that doesn't mean he's ready to hang up his skates.

According to NHL Analyst Aaron Ward, Cullen is looking to come back for one more season.

Many thought that the 39-year-old forward would want to go out on top, but Cullen apparently has a different idea after putting up four goals in the teams Cup run.

Coming off a year in which he tallied 16 goals and 16 assists in 82 games, Cullen has enough left in the tank, and as Ward is reporting, will first meet with the Pens to see if the two sides can come to terms on a new deal.
