Purse Snatcher Caught On Camera Inside Westmoreland Co. Walmart
HEMPFIELD TOWNSHIP (KDKA) - Police are hoping someone will recognize a caught on camera thief who snatched a woman's purse inside a Hempfield Township Walmart.
Pennsylvania State Police say it happened January 22 around 1:30 p.m., at a Walmart on Greengate Circle.
Surveillance video shows the victim turning away from their cart to select an item from the frozen foods section.

The suspect is then seen grabbing the victim's purse and running out of the store.
The suspect is described as a white man, standing 5'5'', wearing gray sweatpants and a Victoria Secret sweater with the word "love" written across the front.
Anyone with information on the incident is asked to contact Greensburg Police.
