Police Seek Suspect In Armed Convenience Store Robbery In Carrick

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Pittsburgh Police are looking for a man accused of holding up a convenience store Friday night in Carrick.

It happened around 8:30 p.m. at the CoGo's in the 2800-block of Brownsville Road.

According to police, the suspect pointed a gun at the clerk and demanded money, but when a customer walked into the store, he ran away without getting any cash.

The suspect is described as a white male, about 25- to 30-years-old and was about 5-feet-9-inches tall.

He was wearing dark clothing, a ski mask and was armed with a black, semi-automatic pistol.
