Police Locate Missing Senior Citizen After Overnight Search

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) --- Pittsburgh Police say they located a missing elderly woman after an hours-long search early Tuesday morning.
Police posted an alert earlier in the night for Beatrice Stapf, 83, of Pittsburgh's Morningside neighborhood.
Stapf had last been seen at her home in the 1200 block of Chislett Street, near St. Raphael Elementary School.
Police officers conducted a street by street search in Morningside, Highland Park and East Liberty.
Police located Stapf shortly before 6:30 a.m. sitting outside a house near the corner of Jancey St. and Vilsack St., just a couple blocks from her home.
Stapf was seen talking to EMS personnel who were evaluating her condition.
