Police Probe Rash Of Break-Ins At Butler Twp. Businesses
BUTLER COUNTY (KDKA) -- Butler Township Police are investigating a weekend rash of burglaries in at least seven local businesses.
Among the businesses targeted, the offices of two chiropractors, a dental office and a realty company.
The burglar, or burglars, also got into a hair salon called "Secrets of Hair Design."
The salon owner, Melissa Koebler, told KDKA-TV News that police called her late Saturday night informing her of the break-in.
But Koebler said nothing was stolen, as far as she could tell, but the intruder did ransack a few cabinets and drawers.
However, the fact someone uninvited was inside the business in the middle of the night rummaging through the place, is "both disturbing and unsettling," she said.
