Police Investigating Robbery Of South Side Bank

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Police are investigating after someone robbed a South Side bank on Saturday morning.

It happened just after 9:30 a.m. at the Farmers National Bank on East Carson Street.

Police say a man walked into the bank and handed the teller a note demanding money.

The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was injured.

Police say the suspect is estimated to be 18 to 20 years old. He is about 5-feet-6-inches tall and 160 pounds.
