Police Investigating Fatal Washington Shooting
WASHINGTON (KDKA) – Police are investigating a shooting that left one man dead in Washington County early Wednesday morning.
A 911 call came in around 4 a.m. When police arrived, they found an African-American man lying in the alley dead.
The victim has been identified as Marius Chatman, 24, of Washington.
He had been shot multiple times and was found near the intersection of School and Donnan Avenues next to a playground.
Several neighbors KDKA-TV's Brenda Waters approached said they were frightened by what happened, but were afraid to appear on camera.
No further details have been released.
