Police investigating deadly Larimer shooting

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Police are investigating a deadly shooting that happened in Pittsburgh's Larimer neighborhood.

Police say a man, later identified as 21-year-old Gavin Yarbough was shot multiple times and was taken to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in a private vehicle. He died a short time later.

Officers investigating the shooting found a crime scene along Meadow Street in Larimer.

Detectives from the Violent Crime Unit are leading the investigation into the shooting.
