Pittsburgh Weather: Scattered rain and storm chances continue
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- We continue to be under the influence of a broad area of low pressure that is causing us to see lingering rain chances.
Today: Most of the day will see just an isolated rain chance of 30% or below. KDKA Meteorologist Ron Smiley has a second window with storms possible and scattered rain from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Any Alert Days Ahead? Not likely over the next seven days.
Aware: Scattered showers and a few thunderstorms will develop this afternoon/evening. We start to warm up as we head into the weekend with highs in the mid- to upper-80's.

The deluge is pretty much over for most of the Tri-State area; although, scattered showers and a few thunderstorms will redevelop Monday afternoon and evening before a broad area of low pressure and cold front finally clear out to the east.
These will be more isolated/scattered in nature than what we saw over the weekend (storms which dropped impressive amounts of rain between 1-3").
A few scattered showers or an isolated storm will stick around Tuesday before we finally settle into a dry pattern again, starting Wednesday and through the start of the weekend.
Temperatures today will hover in the upper 70s for highs with 80s making a return starting midweek.
