Pittsburgh Weather: A record-setting start to November
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Welcome to November! October stats show the average temperature was 2.7 degrees below normal in Pittsburgh overall with precipitation of 1.76" (just over 1" below normal).
Alert: None.
Aware: Few sprinkles this afternoon. Temps take off the rest of the week!
A few tiny showers or sprinkles will move through our region this afternoon and skies will stay cloudy until low pressure heads off to the east. Highs will reach the lower to mid-60s again (the normal high is 57) as we start the month of November!
Patchy fog will develop late tonight and last through tomorrow morning before skies clear and we are left with a sunny and even warmer Wednesday in the mid-60s. High pressure takes control after that with sunshine and warm temperatures heading toward 70 by late week and even into the lower to mid-70s through the weekend. Looks like we will stay dry until at least Sunday evening with a few showers returning Monday.
