Steelers Activate Minkah Fitzpatrick Off COVID-19 List

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) - Steelers safety Minkah Fitzpatrick is off the reserve/COVID-19 list.
Fitzpatrick was activated Thursday, clearing him to play this weekend.

The Steelers defense needs a boost, falling 41-37 to the Chargers last week without Fitzpatrick, star edge rusher T.J. Watt (hip and knee) and starting cornerback Joe Haden (foot).
Coach Mike Tomlin said Tuesday that he expected to get all three defensemen back this week. On Thursday, Watt was limited at practice for the second straight day and Haden was also back in a limited role.
The Steelers will head to Cincinnati to face off against the Bengals on Sunday.
