Massive fire rips through 2 homes in Spring Hill
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — Crews were called to a fire in Pittsburgh's Spring Hill neighborhood on Tuesday.
Police said two houses on Iona Street caught fire. A woman who lives in one of the homes got out safely, while the other house is vacant. Investigators say the fire began in the vacant home before spreading.
Firefighters got the flames under control around 11 p.m. The fire was first reported around 9:45 p.m.
