Penn Hills Man Pleads Guilty To Role In Heroin Distribution Operation
CLARKSBURG, W. Va. (KDKA) -- A Penn Hills man admitted to a role in a heroin distribution operation.
The U.s. Attorney's Office for the Northern District of West Virginia announced Monday that Armand Taylor, 26, admitted to his role in a drug distribution operations.
Officials said he sold heroin in June 2017 in Harrison County, West Virginia.
He pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of heroin.
He faces up to 20 years in prison, officials said.
