"Emergency utility work" concludes on Parkway East, both lanes no longer closed
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — PennDOT has resumed planned weekend restrictions for sections of the Parkway East after "emergency utility work" closed the road in both directions.
On Friday night, Interstate 376 was closed in both directions between the Penn Hills interchange (Exit 81) and Plum (Exit 84B) for the work. After about 90 minutes, PennDOT said crews set up the planned weekend restrictions.
