One person taken to the hospital after shooting in Troy Hill
PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- Police are investigating a shooting in Pittsburgh's Troy Hill neighborhood that sent one man to the hospital.
Pittsburgh police officers were called to Hatteras Street around 12:15 a.m. where they found a man who was shot in the leg, public safety officials said.
The officers used a tourniquet to try to stop the bleeding. Paramedics then took the victim to a local hospital for treatment.
He is stable, public safety officials said.
Pittsburgh police detectives are investigating the shooting.
