One person injured in overnight shooting in Duquesne

Police investigating shooting in Duquesne

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- One person was taken to the hospital following an overnight shooting in Duquesne.

According to Allegheny County Police, dispatchers were notified of a shooting along Wilmot Street just before 12:30 a.m. on Thursday morning.

When first responders arrived at the scene, they found a man who had been shot. He was taken to the hospital and was last listed in critical condition. 

Detectives from the department's homicide unit are investigating.
