Oakland Water Main Break Causes Icy Conditions
OAKLAND (KDKA) -- A water main break in Oakland caused some icy conditions Sunday afternoon.
The break at Pocusset Street sent water flowing down to Naylor Street and Saline Street around 12:45 p.m.
The road was closed to traffic while crews worked on repairs.
