Motorcyclist Killed In Derry Township Head-On Crash
DERRY TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- A 29-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle crash this weekend.
It happened around 2 p.m. Sunday in Derry Township.
Chad M. Gates was driving a 2012 Harley Davidson south on State Route 982 near Highview Street.
He was involved in a head-on collision with a Jeep Cherokee. The driver of that vehicle has not been identified.
Gates was not wearing a helmet and was pronounced dead at the scene.
