Mom Facing DUI & Drug Charges After Crash With 2 Kids In Car
ROBINSON TOWNSHIP (KDKA) – A woman is facing DUI and drug possession charges after an accident in Robinson Township.
According to the Observer-Reporter, the accident happened around 12:30 a.m. in the 700-block of Bulger-Candor Road.
When police arrived, Marcie Lynn Moore, 41, of Clinton, said she had gone off the road trying to avoid a deer. She also informed police she had consumer two beers.
However, her blood-alcohol level was more than double the legal limit.
Police also were made aware of a pack of cigarettes in the car, which contained what is believed to be marijuana.
Additionally, Moore's two children, ages 9 and 2, were in the car at the time of the accident.
Moore is facing a list of charges including, DUI, endangering the welfare of a child and drug charges.
