Vandergrift Police Locate Missing 85-Year-Old Robert Horner

VANDERGRIFT, Pa. (KDKA) - Police in Westmoreland County have found a missing and endangered 85-year-old man.

Vandergrift Police say Robert Horner has been found and is safe.
