HARRISBURG (KDKA) -- Pandemic regulations allowing medical marijuana dispensaries to serve patients curbside and dispense three months' worth of the drugs at a time has passed the state Legislature.
Governor Wolf is expected to sign it soon.
However, a proposal to allow patients to grow their own medical marijuana was defeated.
