City Of McKeesport Police Find Missing 68-Year-Old Man

MCKEESPORT (KDKA) - The City of McKeesport Police say they have located a missing 68-year-old man, Cecil Tinsley.
Tinsley had last been seen on Wednesday, May 5, around 6 p.m.
They did not say where he was found, but did say that he was located.
Police were concerned because Tinsley suffers from dementia, mobility problems, and is partially blind.
