McKeesport Family Mourns Loss Of 2 Loved Ones To Violent Crime
McKEESPORT (KDKA) -- Eric Johnson, Sr., of McKeesport, says his family will visit a cemetery on Friday to mark what would have been his son's 25th birthday.
Eric Johnson, Jr. was fatally gunned down last January, right outside of his own home. No one has been arrested in the case.
Allegheny County Police say the shooting was an ambush killing.
Johnson's father told KDKA-TV's Ralph Iannotti, "My son liked to have fun. He liked to go places and to travel."
Johnson says he needs closure in his son's death, and wants someone to come forward to help police find his son's killer.

Johnson's daughter, 18-year-old Kia, was nine months pregnant when she was kidnapped by another woman and brought to Wilkinsburg in 2008. She was drugged, bound and her unborn baby was cut from her womb.
Kia died, but her son survived. He will turn 8-years-old next month.
His grandfather, who is raising the boy along with other family members, says Kian Johnson is smart and well-mannered.
Johnson said the boy is silly and likes to tell stories.
"You can sit around the campfire and just listen to him, and you always end up laughing a little," Kia's father said. "Anybody he comes across, anybody he touches, you can't help but smile."
The woman charged in Kia's death was convicted of second-degree murder, but is mentally ill. She's serving a life prison sentence.
Pittsburgh Crime Stoppers has posted a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to an arrest in the shooting death of Eric Johnson, Jr.
