McCutchen Pulled From Spring Training Game With Lower Body Soreness
PITTSBURGH (93-7 The FAN) - Pirates All-Star Andrew McCutchen was in the Pirates lineup for their spring training game against the Minnesota Twins, but was removed around an hour before the game due to "lower body soreness."
McCutchen had participated in batting practice with the team Friday morning and was slotted third in the batting order and playing center field.
McCutchen has played in five games so far this spring going 2-for-12 with one RBI and one walk.
