Man Shot, Injured In Marshall Twp. Spring Gobbler Hunting Accident
MARSHALL TOWNSHIP (KDKA) - One man was injured in a spring gobbler hunting-related shooting in Marshall Township Monday morning.
A police captain says two men were hunting turkeys at a location near the 200 block of Mingo Road, in Marshall Township, when one of the men shot the other in the abdomen.
Police say the shooting was accidental and the victim was taken to a local hospital.

Police spent several hours near the home at 270 Mingo Road. It's not known if either of the men lived at the home.
A van that was parked in the driveway was towed away.
Officers could be seen putting a turkey decoy in the back of a police car, and carrying a tree stand out of the woods.
So far, no charges have been filed.
Pennsylvania's spring gobbler season started last Saturday.
