Marianna Woman Killed In Washington Co. Rollover Crash
NORTH BETHLEHEM TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- A woman was killed in a rollover accident Wednesday afternoon in Washington County.
The accident happened around 11:30 a.m. along Little Daniels Run Road in North Bethlehem Township.
The Washington County Coroner's Office identifies the victim as 71-year-old Joyce Emerick of Marianna.
She died at Washington Hospital's emergency room after becoming unresponsive while being pulled from her vehicle at the scene.
According to the coroner's office, Emerick was heading west on Little Daniels Run Road in her Chevrolet Blazer when the vehicle went off the road at Mt. Lookout Lane.
The SUV then hit an embankment and rolled over.
She was pronounced dead just after 12:30 p.m.
