The shooting took place around 2 a.m. outside Saloon 136 on Rainbow Run Road.

Witnesses tell detectives Minnie was walking with two women in the bar parking lot when Wardlaw jumped out of a dark colored car and said "what's up?" Police say that's when he opened fire, standing eight feet away. Minnie reportedly pulled the two females to the ground while Wardlaw allegedly kept shooting.

Minnie suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was sent to Monongahela Valley Hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 2:30 a.m. Two 27-year-old women were also shot and transported to local hospitals. Police say both were last reported to be in stable condition.

Anyone who sees Wardlaw should call 911, and anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact the Allegheny County Police Homicide Unit at 412-473-1300.

Wardlaw is facing charges of criminal homicide, attempted criminal homicide, aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person.
