Man Sought After Cranberry Twp. Attempted Bank Robbery

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP (KDKA) – Police are looking for a man that attempted to rob a bank in Cranberry Township on Saturday.

According to police, the incident happened at the ESB Bank in the 2600-block of Rochester Road around 10:30 a.m.

A man approached a teller and repeatedly demanded cash. When he was questioned by the teller, he took off on foot without any money.

The suspect is described as a white man about 5-feet-8-inches to 6-feet tall with a stocky build and brown or red hair.

He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans and a maroon baseball cap.
