Man In New Castle Seriously Injured After 2,000 Pounds Of Steel Mesh Falls On Him

NEW CASTLE, Pa. (KDKA) -- A man was seriously injured when 2,000 pounds of steel mesh fell on top of him in New Castle.
It happened Thursday at Faddis Concrete Products on Washington Street. The man was unloading a truck carry steel mesh when the load shifted, dumping the steel mesh on him.
He was bleeding from the head and taken to UPMC Jameson. He was later flown to a hospital in Ohio.
