Man In Custody Following Overnight Hostage Situation Involving A Child

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) -- A SWAT situation ended in the early morning hours Tuesday in the Pittsburgh neighborhood of Corliss, near Sheraden.

The incident happened along Middletown Road.

Pittsburgh Police confirm that this was a hostage situation with a child involved.

KDKA has been told that the suspect is now in custody.
