Man Charged In Nude Romp Through Shaler Twp.

GLENSHAW, Pa. (KDKA/AP) - Police have charged a man they say ran naked through a Pittsburgh suburb last month.

Jonathan Sirianni was arraigned Tuesday on charges including public intoxication, indecent exposure, and criminal mischief in connection with the Oct. 27 incident on Orvis Avenue in Shaler Township.

Police say the 21-year-old Indiana Township man wore only socks as he threw himself off cars and homes, withstood Taser shocks, fought with officers and rolled down an embankment.

"It was dark and I heard a noise. I turned on my cellphone flashlight and all I saw was a naked dude standing up," said neighbor Jacob Fitzpatrick. "Didn't have any clothes on. He ran over and hit my fence. He came out of my yard and ran into my neighbor's bush and then I started calling 911. As I was dialing 911, three cops pulled up in front of my house. One got out, tased the dude and he fell over the hill."

Rescue crews had to be called in to help pull the man from the bottom of the hill. He was flown to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital for treatment.

Police say Sirianni appeared to be under the influence.

He's free on bail pending a preliminary hearing on Nov. 13.
