PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A man who was injured during a shootout that left two other people dead in Sheraden last year has been charged with homicide.
According to police, the incident happened on Nov. 17, 2014, on Glenmawr Avenue around 12:30 a.m.
Diondre Dozier, 17, and Martin Brown, 18, died in the shootout.
The suspect, Michael St. Clair, 24, was injured, but survived his injuries at Allegheny General Hospital.
According to the criminal complaint, St. Clair told family members he had been shooting that morning. He told police he and a friend went to Sheraden to buy marijuana.
When they got out of the car, they were surprised by two men, one of which was holding an assault rifle.
However, picture messages and texts led to his arrest.
