26-Year-Old Ross Township Man Arrested On Child Sex Charges

ROSS TOWNSHIP (KDKA) -- A man from Ross Township was arrested on child sex charges.
Pittsburgh police say 26-year-old Justin Sircely was arrested on Friday at a home in Marshall-Shadeland.
Authorities say he messaged a 14-year-old girl on Facebook, sexually abused her and provided her with drugs.
They say this happened over the course of three years, and Sircely threatened the girl so she would not tell her parents.
